Mavela Property Group is a holding company majoring in Real Estate services (buying and selling of property & rentals), Property Management, Property Maintenance, Valuations, Removal Services and Property Consulting.
Mavela Property Group was birthed in 2017 from KK Mavela Properties, which was founded by Mr Khumbulani Ncanana in the year 2000 and has since been focused primarily on the Rental and Buying & Selling of property. KK Mavela has grown to over 7 branches across KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng.
Given the amount of years we have been in the industry and the experience we have acquired over these years, we have observed the needs and requirements of our clients and as such, Mavela Property Group has been birthed to answer and deliver to these needs and requirements.

About the founders
Mavela Property Group was established in 2017 by Mavela Ncanana and Mufhatutshedzwa Ncanana to fulfill the market demands that surfed up through the 20 years KK Mavela Properties (sister company) has been in operation.
Mavela grew up in KZN and has served in the family business “KK Mavela Properties” throughout its existence. That’s where he drew his interest in property and later furthered his studies at the University of Johannesburg to acquire his Honours Degree in Property Valuation & Management from the back of his B.Com. Finance Degree. He obtained his accreditation with the EAAB in 2009 and now runs the firm as Principal.
Mufhatutshedzwa is the dearest wife to Mavela and has been the back bone of the family business operation as she heads the Finance department. She obtained her B.Com. Accounting Degree at the University of Johannesburg in 2014 and now perusing her MBA.
